Wanda's Kimchi

Wanda making kimchi

Kimchi (김치; pronounced /ˈkɪmtʃi/, Korean pronunciation: [kimtɕʰi]), also spelled gimchi, kimchee, or kim chee, is traditional Korean fermented dishes made of vegetables with varied seasonings. It is most commonly made with napa cabbage and other vegetables such asradish, green onion, chive, and cucumber. Kimchi is the most common banchan, or side dish, in Korean cuisine. (per Wikipedia)

We found a sauce bottle at a store (thanks to a friend named Nick) and it lacks the ingredient sugar. Horay!

It smells so good unlike the Japanese sugary stuff.

Kimchi, the dish they served everyday when I was at the Korean Missionary Hospital in Ethiopia. To bad that it was always WAY to spicy for me. I'm also not a cabbage fan.
